Valerie Myers is a distinguished leader in supply chain management and sustainability. As VP of Supply Chain at EVIO, she drives innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability in the aerospace industry. Valerie also contributes as a Member of the Executive Committee at STIQ, where she strengthens multi-sector relations and boosts the competitiveness of small-medium enterprises across Quebec.
Previously, at CAE, Valerie held the role of Senior Director of Global Supply Chains & Sustainability, developing procurement strategies and re-engineering supply processes for resilience and social responsibility. As Director of Global Strategic Sourcing, she excelled in designing tailored supply strategies and deploying commodity-specific initiatives. Her earlier career at Arconic and Alcoa included significant roles such as Director of the Program Management Office and Director of the Boeing 787 Program, where she managed comprehensive operational strategies. At Pratt & Whitney Canada, she improved vendor quality performance and transformed key vendor relationships.
Valerie’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature from Concordia University and a Master’s degree in French literature from McGill University. Valerie earned her Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University and has completed a certificate in HR Management & Analytics from The Wharton School.
