Tom served as Deloitte’s Vice Chairman and global leader of the firm’s aerospace, defense, and space practices group. He has provided guidance to many of the top 100 global aerospace companies, including Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, and Mitsubishi. He participated in the launch of several large commercial, regional and business aircraft programs, including the Boeing 787, 777, 747-400, 737NG, MHI Spacejet, Bombardier C Series, and Global 8000.
He served as Industry Advisor to Washington’s Governor and the Department of Commerce’s $3.2 billion successful bid to become the home for Boeing’s new 787 final assembly line. He also advised the Canadian government in their assessment of an economic aid package for the Bombardier C-Series (now the Airbus A220).
