Benoit is an experienced aerospace engineer with extensive expertise in complex systems. He began his career at CAE, specializing in engine simulation, before transitioning to on-site integration of simulators, ensuring high-fidelity training environments for pilots.
At Bombardier, he joined the Challenger sustaining engineering team, where he became a specialist in Flight Controls. He later played a key role in the Global 7500 high-lift system, contributing to the aircraft’s exceptional field performance. In Advanced Design, he contributed to the development of next-generation aerospace technologies, focusing on flight control systems, propulsion, and other critical aircraft systems.
Beyond his technical expertise, Benoit has a strong interest in sustainability and holds a certificate in ESG from HEC, providing him with expertise in environmental, social, and governance principles. His dedication to responsible innovation aligns with the evolving priorities of the aerospace industry, where sustainability plays an increasingly critical role.
