Leslie Riegle is an aviation and aerospace enthusiast with a passion for driving financial success through strategic partnerships and impactful policy initiatives. With a diverse background that includes experience in airports, airlines, and over a decade with manufacturers, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s opportunities and challenges.
In her most recent role at Boom Supersonic, Leslie spearheaded legislative, regulatory, and global standards initiatives, achieving key victories that continue to support the company’s entry into service. Before joining Boom, she played a pivotal role at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), where she guided members through complex environmental, certification, and safety issues and provided policy support for emerging technologies and new entrants. Her expertise earned her appointments to several federal advisory committees, including the Aviation Rulemaking Advisory Committee (ARAC) and the Research, Engineering, and Development Advisory Committee (REDAC). Leslie’s career also includes significant positions at a leading DC law firm and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Leslie holds an MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a BA in Organizational Communications from Western Michigan University, complemented by additional management and business education at Harvard Business School.
