Luc has been an in-demand aircraft design consultant for several OEMs over the past 25 years, including special mission aircraft programs for Bombardier. In 2007, Luc joined Epic Aircraft, where he led the lofting of the Victory Jet and the Escape turboprop. Luc’s work on the Victory Jet contributed to Epic Aircraft becoming a finalist for the prestigious Collier Trophy.
Luc was the first member of the design group at Diamond Aircraft in Canada, where he led the overhauling of the original D-JET prototype developed in Austria, which improved the aircraft’s aerodynamics, ergonomics, and aesthetics. Luc then continued to support their jet program with performance modeling through flight test. More recently, he designed a military jet trainer aircraft for the US Air Force TX advanced trainer program with Sierra Nevada Corporation.
