Melissa Musgrave is the Head of People, where she has been instrumental in executing HR needs aligned with organizational growth strategies and compliance. In her role, Melissa leads initiatives in total compensation, benefits strategies, organizational design, change management, talent engagement, retention, and development of HR strategies and policies. She effectively collaborates with executive teams and business leaders to foster a positive employee culture, manage complex employee relations issues, and maintain best practices that deliver strong impact and positive employee experiences.
Prior to joining EOS Aircraft, Melissa had a long and distinguished 21-year tenure at Airbus, concluding as the Head of Employment US, where she developed strategic talent acquisition plans, improved the hiring process, and led a team to build a sustainable talent pipeline focused on diversity and market needs. Her role included significant contributions to employee onboarding experiences and management of a substantial budget for talent acquisition. Additionally, Melissa has held positions in HR leadership at Workforce Alliance, Inc., and Malcolm Pirnie/Arcadis, demonstrating her vast experience in talent management, workforce planning, and HR strategy. Her extensive background illustrates her commitment to developing high-performance organizations and enhancing workforce capabilities to meet business and community needs. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.
